There is certainly nothing wrong with listening to this man's opinion, but we should consider his qualifications. He is not a medical doctor and he is trying to sell you his "Natural Living" books/ other products. His opinions are based on theory and speculation. I think I will go with the data that has proven with empirical science. But that's just me...
